Hellenic Bank is preparing to auction a number of apartments, houses and plots of land, including five apartments in Mesa Yitonia, Limassol that go under the hammer in March.
According to Phileleftheros, one apartment is 160 square metres and the reserve price is €251,880. The second is 185 square metres is selling for €267,200 and the third is 160 square metres and on sale for €252,000. The fourth is 185 square metres and the reserve price is €267,200 and the fifth flat is 172 square metres and selling for €340,400.
Also on sale at the same building are six shops of different sizes, the most expensive of which is €436,000 and the cheapest €86,800.
Among the large buildings, there is a 685 square metre four bedroom villa in Lakatamia on sale for €422,000. Another four bedroom house in Lakatamia is on sale for €357,600 while a two storey house in Larnaca goes under the hammer with a reserve price of €188,000.
A 97 square metre three bedroom apartment in Limassol is for sale at €84,4400 and a 36 square metre flat in Aglandjia is for sale at €46,800.
A 487 square metre plot of land at Kapsalos, Limassol with a 800 square metre building is on sale for €816,000 and a 845 square metre plot of land in Ayios Athanaasions Limassol with two two storey houses is on sale for €754,000.
