Tourist arrivals from Poland increased by 58% in 2018, reaching 89,000, philenews reported on Tuesday.
The Paphos Tourism Promotion Company and hoteliers of the area want to capitalise on this increase by participating in a number of workshops and events to promote Cyprus in Krakow, Warsaw and Katowice.
According to the Company, its members will attend over 100 such events in Poland.
This project is part of a Paphos Tourism Promotion Company and Tourism Deputy Ministry strategy to promote Cyprus abroad as a year-round destination.
