Mike Spanos has resigned from the boards of the Bank of Cyprus Holdings and Bank of Cyprus Public with immediate effect, the Bank of Cyprus announced on Tuesday.
It said that the boards had at their respective meetings held on January 21, 2019 accepted Spanos’ resignation.
“The Boards would like to thank Mr Spanos for his contribution to the Group,” the announcement added.
The Boards appointed Dr Michael Heger as Chairman of the Human Resources & Remuneration Committee (HRRC).
