Prime location properties up for sale

Properties worth millions on Nicosia’s Makarios Avenue, Evagorou and Ledra streets are up for sale by Bank of Cyprus, Hellenic Bank and Altamira. All three are looking for investors seeking high and stable returns but Bank of Cyprus’ REMU portfolio is the one with the richest collection.

At the same time, Strovolos-situated ‘Orphanides’ Shopping Centre whose sales price is €34 million, is still looking for a buyer. Also looking for a buyer is a two-storey building with exhibition space near the Mall of Cyprus and IKEA at the price of €18.3 million.

“Ledra Arcade” shopping centre on Ledra Street, old Nicosia, which is only 250 metres north of Eleftheria Square is also up for sale for €10.5 million. On Makarios Avenue, a commercial-purpose building goes for €8.5 million. Also, an eight-storey commercial-purpose building on Evagorou Street with a total area of ​​2.829 sq. metres, a shop on the ground floor as well as an underground parking, is sold at the price of €7.9 million.

In Limassol’s Ayios Athanasios area, Bank of Cyprus has an industrial property for sale at the price of €3.43 million while a commercial building goes for €3.20 million.

Also at Ayios Athanasios, Hellenic Bank’s portfolio has very appealing prime location properties, including a warehouse and commercial building with an area of ​​8.482 sq.m. The lease of the land expires in about 25 years with the right to renew for another 33 years.

There is also a large office and a retail complex in Aradippou, Larnaca, with most spaces already rented out. It goes for €918,000. In addition, a rented out commercial building in Limassol’s Katholiki area, is up for sale at an indicative price of €2.4 million.

Paphos has prime location properties for sale as well, one being a commercial building known as “Paphos Oasis” with shops, restaurants, cafes, cinemas and a bowling arena.

In addition, a warehouse in Tsiflikoudia area, Limassol, with a total space of 3995sq.m. plus a 31sq.m. office area is now up for sale. In Ayios Dhometios, Nicosia, a commercial building worth €1.87 million is for sale and so is a Kaimakli warehouse with an area of ​​7,358sq.m. which goes for €2.40 million.

And a seven-storey building in Trypiotis area, old Nicosia, is looking for an investor. Along with a warehouse of a total  area of ​​15,160 sq.m. in the Yeri area.
