Prime location properties up for sale

Properties worth millions on Nicosia’s Makarios Avenue, Evagorou and Ledra streets are up for sale by Bank of Cyprus, Hellenic Bank and Altamira. All three are looking for investors seeking high and stable returns but Bank of Cyprus’ REMU portfolio is the one with the richest collection.

At the same time, Strovolos-situated ‘Orphanides’ Shopping Centre whose sales price is €34 million, is still looking for a buyer. Also looking for a buyer is a two-storey building with exhibition space near the Mall of Cyprus and IKEA at the price of €18.3 million.

“Ledra Arcade” shopping centre on Ledra Street, old Nicosia, which is only 250 metres north of Eleftheria Square is also up for sale for €10.5 million. On Makarios Avenue, a commercial-purpose building goes for €8.5 million. Also, an eight-storey commercial-purpose building on Evagorou Street with a total area of ​​2.829 sq. metres, a shop on the ground floor as well as an underground parking, is sold at the price of €7.9 million.
