Nicosia Mall: Yoram Kedem steps down

Nicosia Mall General Manager Yoram Kedem is stepping down in view of the change in the sharholding stricture of the shopping centre, according to Insider which also reports that his term in office ends this month.

The two sides have agreed to end cooperation and the mall’s new administration has already launched the process of finding Israeli Kedem’s replacement. Prior to Nicosia Mall, he was director of Limassol’s My Mall shopping centre.

It appears that Kedem will not leave Cyprus since he has found a new job here with a business group of Israeli interests, according to inside information.

As for the administration of Nicosia Mall, Michalis Hadjipantelas remains the chairman of the board of directors as well as its independent member.

Control of 64% of the shopping center went from Bank of Cyprus to the following groups: 1506 (15.06%) shares to Voici La Mode Estates Limited, 377 (3.76%) to Hadjichristofis Supermarket (Athienitis) Limited, 941 (9.41%) to Silvaly Holdings Ltd (PHC Group), 1694 (16.9%) to Fintupin Trading Limited (Zorpas Group), Morissona Holdings Limited 753 (7.53%) (Russian interests), Classmark Holding Limited 1129 (11.2%) (foreign interests).

And the remaining 36% is controlled by Athienitis Contracting Group.
