L.T.FLAMINGO PARADISE LTD & ΑΛΛΟΙ LTD has submitted a proposal for the construction of a three star hotel in Protaras.
The proposed hotel will cover an area of 4,770 m2 and will have 110 rooms, two restaurants, a bar, a swimming pool and a roof garden.
It will be comprised of five floors. Each floor will have 22 rooms.
The buildings will cover an area of 3,655 m2 and there will also be a green area of 1,105 m2.
