Marios N. Shacolas has resigned from the positions of Executive Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Ermes Department Stores PLC and of Cyprus Trading Corporation PLC, a press release said on Friday.
He has also stepped down from the board of directors of Woolworth (Cyprus) Properties PLC, Cyprus Limni Resorts and Golf Courses PLC, Ermes Department Stores PLC and Cyprus Trading Corporation PLC.
The boards of Cyprus Trading Corporation PLC and Ermes Department Stores PLC have appointed Chief Executive Officer of CTC Group of Companies Dimitris Dimitriou as their new Chairman.
The duties of General Manager at Ermes Department Stores PLC will be undertaken by Executive Vice President Eleni Shacola until the appointment of a new General Manager.
The Board of Cyprus Trading Corporation PLC will meet promptly to appoint a new CEO.
Woolworth (Cyprus) Properties PLC also announced the appointment of Christakis Charalambous as Member and Chairman of the Board, replacing Dimitriou who, nonetheless, remains a Member.
Marios Shacolas will continue to offer his services to the Group through the parent company of N.K.Shacolas (Holdings) Ltd, the press release also said.
