Mall of Cyprus, Mall of Engomi undergo share capital changes

Relevant News

The Mall of Cyprus and Mall of Engomi underwent substantial changes in their share capital over the past quarter, according to insiders.

The change mainly concerns shareholders controlling Atterbury Cyprus Limited which owns 99.67% of both malls.

Specifically, Atterbury Cyprus is now owned by three shareholders while – up until June – the company was only controlled by RMH Property Holdco 2 (Pty) Ltd (48.59%) and Atterbury Onroerend Goed Houdster Europa Cooperatief (48.59%).

These two companies now only control 36.44% of Atterbury Cyprus. And Business Venture Investments No 1360 (Pty) Ltd (South Africa) is now the third shareholder.

The change in the two shopping centres’ share capital is due to a restructuring of the Group which owns the Cypriot Company.
