BoC’s real estate arm REMU (Real Estate Management Unit) has put up for sale a four-bedroom flat on the 10th floor of Jean Nouvel Tower near Nicosia Old Town.
The Stassinou Avenue tower is mostly known for housing the Nicosia headquarters of global accounting firm EY in its lower floors.
The property, which REMU has valued at €2.2 million, has a total area of 272 m2 and comprises four bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, while the master bedroom also has a jacuzzi.
The flat is surrounded by greenery which acts as a natural regulator of the sun’s access into the property.
The property has been allocated three parking spots in the tower’s parking space which will become available to the future owner upon purchase.
REMU is currently accepting offers on the property and has said that the deadline for offer submission is February 14, 2020.
