The CareerFinders business model is built on a “success – only”  methodology, whereby the company only ever charges a client if it successfully recruits an individual on their behalf. There is no charge for the viewing of CVs or arranging of interviews making it a low-risk business model for the employer while the company protects all personal data of clients and candidates, and treats all applications in strictest confidence.
The Founders
CareerFinders was founded by Chris Moore and Sophie Aristodemou.
Chris, who graduated in Business from a well-respected UK University, started his career in the City of London, working for an International Recruitment Consultancy specialising in the provision of personnel to the financial services sector. Born and raised in London, he moved to Cyprus in 2008 and has spent the last 10+ years gaining extensive experience in the local market.
Sophie, a British-born Cypriot, has spent the majority of her life living in Cyprus. She too graduated in Business and has over 12 years of extensive recruitment experience in the Cypriot market. Sophie thrives on providing Job Seekers and Hiring Managers with the best possible service and this approach has earned her an excellent reputation across the Island. She is bilingual in Greek and English and has spent the vast majority of her career identifying talent for top-tier firms in Cyprus.
