DOMS GROUP has submitted a construction proposal for a 4-star hotel, next to the Nicosia satellite casino in Engomi.
According to the proposal, the hotel will have 144 rooms, restaurants, bars, a gym, a spa and a multi-purpose space.
For the hotel to be constructed, part of an existing building (around 330 m2), which is currently rented by a private university will have to be demolished.
A new basement (around 1600 m2) will be added to the building, as well as 12 additional floors (8200 m2).
It will also have 74 parking spots.
