From the most favourite ones up until now it is the sweet and sour and balanced Gincident that includes gin, cucumber, elderflower and lime but also the fruitful Hybrid with rum, white peach, black tea and honey but also with the taste of passion fruit. Do not say no in one of their after work drinks, and in a variety of different meat and cheeses and for a warm pulled pork in a bun. From Friday to Saturday, the music is adapted to a party mode from the very well-known DJs of the island.
