Guru Caφε Lounge in Finikoudes, an ultimate summer haunt, has launched a new food and cocktail menu for the winter. The menu includes a mixture of Asian, Mediterranean, Middle East, European, American and Cypriot cuisine. Starters include grilled halloumi with figs and fig marmalade and Greek spring rolls stuffed with feta and spinach and served in a tomato and cumin sauce. An impressive dish in taste and appearance is the black ravioli with squid ink stuffed with salmon and served in dill sauce. If you are a fan of curry, try the classic Thai green curry and the one with banana, coconut and prawns. Other dishes include pork with vegetables in a black bean sauce and the lava chicken with pesto and dauphinoise potatoes. For dessert try the mastic ice cream with halva pieces, chocolate and strawberry.
