The Covid death toll in Greece rose to 134 as four people succumbed, three men in Athens and a woman at Alexandroupolis. One of them, a 91 year old, had a serious heart condition, while the 58 year old woman had underlying causes.
No deaths had been reported in the country yesterday, as cases went over 2,500.
Most patients are men, with 47 being treated in critical condition at intensive care units.
9 out of 10 patients have underlying conditions or are over 70.
63 people have improved and no longer need ICU treatment.
Prime Minister Mitsotakis is expected to address the country tomorrow afternoon or Tuesday, as the country prepares to gradually start lifting restrictions on May 4th.
