Giovani Group announced first residential project in Nicosia

Giovani Group is expanding its business activities to the capital, with the construction of the contemporary residential project Monogram Residences in Lykavitos. The project will be located on Dimitsanis and Methonis Street, which is a prime location, in close proximity to the Nicosia city centre.

The Monogram Residences project will consist of five, highly luxurious whole-floor apartments, with a total area of 140 square metres each, featuring Italian kitchens, excellent quality materials and modern interior design. It is a modern development, which guarantees privacy, comfort, functionality and aesthetic integrity, as well as efficiency in energy consumption. The project also includes underfloor heating, sound and thermal insulation, air conditioning systems, a fast elevator, LED lighting, entryway camera systems, controlled access and designated parking areas. Its construction is expected to begin towards the end of 2020 and it will be completed in 2021.

The Monogram Residences is an ideal option for those who wish to live in a quiet area, a short distance from the town’s commercial and historical centre. It is in very close proximity to schools, restaurants, cafeterias, supermarkets, banks and other services, while it provides easy access to the highway. It is the Group’s first residential complex in the capital, with more expected to follow.
