Specifically, last night a 27-year-old driver in Paralimni was driving with an expired learner’s license and no co-driver, without registration plates and he also tested positive to a narco-test.
Furthermore, in three separate cases in Paphos, a 43-year-old, a 27-year-old, and a 25-year-old also tested positive for drugs. The 25-year-old was also driving without a driving license and an MOT.
