Fine and dry on Wednesday, temperatures at 22 C inland

Today will be fine and dry, with temperatures rising to 22 C inland and on the west coast, around 21 C on the south and north coasts, 20 C on the east coast and 18 C in the mountains.

However more unsettled weather is on the way tomorrow, while light dust is also forecast on Thursday and Friday.

Tonight there will be intervals of increased, mainly high cloud with temperatures falling to 10 C inland, around 12 C on the coasts and  9 C in the mountains.

Thursday will be partly cloudy and at intervals cloudy and light local showers are forecast for the evening.

Friday will be partly cloudy and at intervals cloudy with local showers and isolated thunderstorms that will gradually clear from the afternoon on with the weather becoming mainly fine by the evening and remaining fine on Saturday.

Temperatures will remain at the same levels on Thursday except for the west coast where there will be a slight drop, remaining above the seasonal average.

Temperatures will edge down on Friday to close to average for the time of year remaining at the same levels on Saturday except for inland and in the mountains where it will rise to above the seasonal average.

The depth of snow at Troodos Square at the time of issue of the early morning weather bulletin was 32 cm.
