Join Topos Retreat this June for a week of writing with memoirist, novelist and writing coach Cathy Rentzenbrink. Cathy describes herself as ‘a writer who loves to encourage’, and this is exactly what she will aim to do at Topos Retreat.
Cathy will lead writing sessions suitable for writers of all levels to help them unlock their potential and bring their work to life on the page.
Cathy’s books include The Last Act of Love, How to Feel Better, Dear Reader: The Comfort and Joy of Books, Everyone Is Still Alive, as well as Write it All Down: How to Put Your Life on the Page, a book about how to write memoir.
The retreat begins and finishes on a Sunday (June 18 – June 25).
It will begin with welcome drinks on Sunday evening and finish with breakfast on the following Sunday.
Teaching takes place between Monday and Friday. There are approximately two hours of teaching/talks/dedicated writing time each morning between Monday and Friday.
Afternoons are more flexible: there is dedicated writing time, and also suggestions for excursions in and around the village. Taking part in all social activities of the retreat is entirely optional.
