Cypriot Cuisine Award 2019 – Fish options opposite the Tombs of the Kings. Kingfisher stands out for its all white decor and covered garden with bamboo roof. Lefteris Sparilas has prepared a menu that relies on the fresh fish of the day. Other than the classic grill and fried fish, the restaurant’ s other masterful highlights are large fish with sauce in the frying pan and very good raw fish (carpaccio and tartar).

Ο Λευτέρης Σαπαρίλλας προτείνει ένα μενού με ατού τα φρέσκα ψάρια ανάλογα με το τι θα φέρει η θάλασσα. Πέρα από τα κλασσικά – σχάρα και τηγάνι -, ετοιμάζει μαστορικά μεγάλα ψάρια με σάλτσα στο τηγάνι και πολύ καλά ωμά (καρπάτσιο και ταρτάρ).
