Journalist and Plus TV presenter reveals her favourite spots for food, coffee and drinks in Limassol.

-Where do you usually enjoy your morning coffee?

-On weekends I like to have my coffee at Columbia Beach with friends. On weekdays I have my coffee at my couch. Coffee is always necessary before I start my day.

-Which is your favorite city yard?

-Boho Restobar for food, drink and brunch, located in the old town, on the Zic Zac road.

-Where can you find the best souvlaki?

-At Charcoal Grill on Enaerios, Limassol. For years now I’ve been ordering the grilled chicken fillet. They make it great.

-Where do you find authentic meze dishes?

-At Forsos in Mouttayiaka, five minutes outside Limassol. In the summer the yard is great and full of flowers.

-Favorite shop in your neighborhood?

-O Oreos Trellos for all days of the week. You will eat good good and they will make your mood.

-Could you reveal a well-hidden city gem?

-It is not hidden, however I will go with Molos, especially at sunset. You are next to the sea, you enjoy your coffee or food, you can take a walk and enjoy the colours of the sky. There is no better place to end your day.

-A restaurant that holds a special place in your heart? A recommended dish?

-Pier One, where I always order the same thing. Volcano rolls, with wine and of course “sphera” dessert to finish up.

-Which is your favorite kind of cuisine and where you can enjoy it in Cyprus?

-Italian cuisine, which I usually enjoy at Cicchetteria in Limassol.

-The best place to hang out with friends?

-Jimmy’s killer prawns because there you will food for all tastes, from seafood to grilled meat, in very good prices.

-Where could you find the best cocktails?

-At Madame, especially in the summer months, due to its location at Iroon square.

-Where do you usually find delightful sweets? 

-At Pralina. You have to try the Princess, I love it!

-Which place do you remember fondly?

-The whole coastal front of my city. For the walks, the cafes, the nights out next to the sea, from my childhood, to my adolescence until today. And of course Platres, which have the best climate in the island!
