-At home. Reading emails and preparing for the day’s meetings.

-The roof garden of my home.

-In Cyprus. Cypriot souvlakia and shieftalia.

-Where do you find authentic meze dishes?

-At Mousikos tavern in Sotira. There you can enjoy traditional food, all made there.

-Favorite shop in your neighborhood?

-I like Petralona area, with its many neighborhood spots which serve fantastic sweets and day dishes.

-Could you reveal a well-hidden city gem?

-Baba Ghanoush, a Lebanese restaurant near Pagkrati which makes delicious hummus and falafel.

-A restaurant that holds a special place in your heart? A recommended dish?

-I love Peruvian food, that’s why I’ll choose Nikkei in Athens. I always order the duck dish.

-Which is your favorite kind of cuisine and where you can enjoy it in Cyprus?

-My favourite cuisine is Mexican cuisine. I love Los Bandidos in Ayia Napa.

-The best place to hang out with friends?

-Starbucks.

-Where could you find the best cocktails?

-Nikkei cocktail restaurant in Athens and Mykonos.

-Where do you usually find delightful sweets?

-There’s nothing like the sweets my mom makes.

-Which place do you remember fondly?

-Ayia Napa because it’s where I spent my childhood, which it’s full of wonderful and pleasant memories.
