Coya

Coya in Limassol brings the Nikkei unique experience in Cyprus, the cuisine developed by Japanese immigrants in Peru serving a mixture of Japanese, Spanish and Peruvian cuisine. The menu includes flavours from Peru such as Peruvian beers, pisco (national drink in Peru and Chile) used to make a range of cocktails such as the Pisco Sour and aji peppers.

Note that Coya hosts regulars Sushi Nights with all you can eat sushi platters. Try the Maki Cheviche, Spicy Tuna, Shrimp Tempura Roll, California Roll and other Nikkei sushi creations. From the mains, the Sea&Jungle white fish with wakame salad, tartare sauce and creole with cocona and chontapalm sauce is noteworthy.
