Covid-19 cases by municipality

Aradippou municipality has the highest number of coronavirus cases with 147, more than twice the 61 cases recorded in Paphos, which has the second largest according to the latest available figures.

The figures are figures published by the Kios platform of the University of Cyprus’ Research and Innovation Centre. The platform was developed together with the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital policy.

Among other, the platform divides positive Covid-19 cases by municipality and records the number of people who reported symptoms (23,408), the number of samples taken for testing (25,734), those who tested positive (735) and those cured (77).

Of those who tested positive 92.7% are Cypriot. Men accounted for 52.7% of the 735 who tested positive.
