The Ministry of Education announced on Thursday that during the closure of public schools until March 20 due to Coronavirus measures, it will provide pupils with electronic tools to study from home.
-Supportive educational material, especially for pupils in the last year of high school, will be uploaded on the Ministry of Education’s website.
-Next week, electronic classes will be delivered on a trial basis with interactive material, especially for pupils in their last year of high school. Relevant training of teachers has already been scheduled.
-Electronic facilitation to answer questions on their coursework from pupils in their last year of high school.
In addition, the announcement notes that the Ministry of Education will work together with the Deputy Ministry of Innovation to support all teachers and pupils in matters of electronic teaching and learning.
Meanwhile, it is examining other ways that technology can be used in support of pupils that have to stay home because of the emergency.
