Choral Crossroads 2018

Following the success of our two previous Festivals: Choral Crossroads 2011 and Choral Crossroads 2013, EPILOGI Cultural Movement of Limassol is pleased to announce the third edition of the international choral meeting “Choral Crossroads 2018”.

The festival will be held in Lemesos, Cyprus, and will bring together choirs from Cyprus, as well as other European and Arab countries. The Aradippou Municipality Choir and the Choir of Morphou Cultural Society from Cyprus, the Robert Fuchs Kirchenchor Freuenthal from Austria, the Teachers’ Chamber Choir of Komló, Hungary and the St.Rafqa Institute Choir from Lebanon will join the choral groups of Epilogi Cultural Movement in a choral celebration dedicated to the Euro-Arab and cross-Mediterranean dialogue, friendship, collaboration and peace. The project is planned to be a combination of singing events (concerts, common rehearsals, open singing) workshops and social encounters.

Opening Ceremony: 30/11/18 at 18.00 -Lemesos Promenade – Small Theatre
Open Singing event: 1/12/18 at 20.00 -Medieval Castle’s square

Final Concert: 2/12/18 at 20.00 – Rialto Theatre Entrance Fee: 10 Euro

The festival is funded by the Cultural Services of the Cyprus Ministry of Education and Culture, and has been granted the European Year of Cultural Heritage label.
