2 cups thick-cut carrot
2 cups celery
1/2 cup green apples cut like a match
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
2 tablespoons chopped coriander
For the sauce:
1 teaspoon of ground garlic powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
1 teaspoon coriander grains
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 tablespoons of lemon
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Mix the ingredients in the sauce in a bowl.
Place the greens and the apple in a salad bowl and add the sauce.
