CareerFinders Recruitment Services: Bringing business and workforce together

Established in 2015 by two highly experienced recruitment professionals, CareerFinders is a recruitment company, licensed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance, providing permanent recruitment solutions across Cyprus.

With offices in Nicosia and Limassol, CareerFinders specialises in the provision of recruitment services to a variety of industry sectors including, but not limited to, Accounting/Audit, Finance, Banking, Corporate Services, Engineering, Forex, Information Technology, Shipping, Legal and Oil & Gas.

CareerFinders has a strong and proven track record of delivering high-caliber personnel to some of the leading businesses in Cyprus and identifying talent suitable for entry-level positions right through to Senior  management appointments. The quality of the company’s service, its trustworthiness and vast experience create a personalised approach to recruitment assignments, ensuring that both employee and jobseeker find the ideal match. “It is our express aim to be perceived by our clients as an extension of their own internal Human Resources Department and, therefore, can deliver personnel that fits seamlessly and effectively into the business from day one,” the company said in an announcement.

And it added: “We maintain and daily expand a large CV database of high quality candidates from which we select the best candidates for each position, who we suggest to our clients. Clients engage with CareerFinders primarily to identify talent but also to save the considerable time that is associated with a thorough and detailed candidate search. As a result, we will only ever provide our clients with a short and concise list of candidates who we believe to be an accurate fit for a given vacancy.”

The CareerFinders business model is built on a “success – only”  methodology, whereby  the company only ever charges a client if it successfully recruits an individual on their behalf. There is no charge for the viewing of CVs or arranging of interviews making it a low-risk business model for the employer while the company protects all personal data of clients and candidates, and treats all applications in strictest confidence.
