Burgers with tahini

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 500 g minced pork
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 cup parsley finely chopped
  • ½ cup coriander chopped
  • 1 cup onion finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 2 teaspoons of cumin (apricot)
  • 1 teaspoon dry coriander
  • 1 egg
  • A little spreading olive oil
  • Salt as much as you like
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper


Step 1:

Put all the ingredients together in a bowl, except for the olive oil.

Step 2:

Wear gloves and knead together the materials to mix well.

Step 3:

Take ½ cup of mince and roll round burgers.

Step 4:

You will make 10 burgers.

Step 5:

Turn on the grill in medium heat.

Step 6:

Spread olive oil with a brush on both sides of the burgers.

Step 7:

Bake in the grill for 14-15 minutes. Turn once.

Step 8:

Serve with tahini.

Tip: The burgers might become like balls while baking them. To avoid this, press your thumb in the center of each burger. After they are cooked you will not see the mark you left and the burgers will have a flat shape.
