Andriana Fiaka

A few days before she represents Cyprus in the Miss World competition in China, Andriana Fiaka introduces us to her favourite spots for coffee, food and drinks in her hometown, Limassol.

-Where do you usually enjoy your morning coffee?

-On weekdays I usually enjoy my morning coffee at home and on weekends at Starbucks as I am a big fan of the coffee chain.

-Which is your favorite city yard?

-The yard at Four Seasons. A very nice place, inside and outside. Ideal for relaxation!

-Where can you find the best souvlaki?

-At Kiki’s, one of the traditional kebab houses of Limassol.

-Where do you find authentic meze dishes?

-At Forsos Tavern in Mouttayiakka, the most traditional meze house, just 1km outside Limassol.

-Favorite shop in your neighborhood?

-Kult Boutique for clothes, Grey for shoes and Classy and Fabulous for accessories.

-Could you reveal a well-hidden city gem?

-Watching the sunset at the beach. It’s truly idyllic.

-A restaurant that holds a special place in your heart? A recommended dish?

-Dino Bistro Cafe. My favourite for sushi and pasta. Chef and owner Dinos Kosti, used to work at the Buckingham Palace!

-Which is your favorite kind of cuisine and where you can enjoy it in Cyprus?

-I adore Asian cuisine and the beachfront of the city offers many choices to enjoy this type of food. One of my favourites is Zen room at Uptown Square.

-The best place to hang out with friends?

-Saripolou Street. Each generation has its own memories from this street at the centre of the old city.

-Where could you find the best cocktails?

-Marina Breeze. It’s Pina Colada is the best, as well as the sea view from the marina.

-Where do you usually find delightful sweets?

-I love the Dead Bite Cake at Dino’s Bistro Cafe and everything from Colours Cafe in Four Seasons.

-Which place do you remember fondly?

-I keep ‘souvenirs’ from every place I visit, however my favourite memories from the island are in Protaras and Blue Lagoon in Akamas.
