- 1 kg of unsalted anari cheese/ mizithra
- 1 litre of fresh cream
- 2/3 glass of sugar
- ½ glass of rose water
- ½ tsp cof innamon
- 3 whole wheat cereal bars
- Step 1
Stir the fresh cream in a mixer. Break down the anari cheese in a bowl using your hand or a fork. Add sugar, rose water and cinnamon and stir.
- Step 2
Throw the cream in the anari mixture and stir very well until the mixture becomes homogeneous.
- Step 3
Break the cereal bars and sprinkle half of it on the inside of the serving dish. Add half of the anari mixture, the rest of the cereal bars and spread the rest of the cream. Garnish with walnuts and honey.
