48 Bistro

The word ‘bistro’ comes from the Russian ‘By-stro’ which means quickly, even though the bistro dining concept originates from Paris. At 48 Bistro in Nicosia, expect a relaxed, casual setting with quick and efficient service. They offer freshly made locally sourced food from 9.30pm when it opens for breakfast, coffee and cakes while the all day menu runs until 11pm. Brunch is served on Saturday and Sunday from 10.30am to 4pm. The bar offers an extensive selection of unique cocktails and a wide range of wines to compliment the food menu. They also cater for company events and functions as well as anniversaries, birthdays and other private parties. All their dishes are freshly prepared so at busy times please allow at least 30’ for your order. There is also a menu for vegans and vegetarians.
