A 20-year-old man who was driving without a car insurance was asked by Police to stop. Instead the young man fled, violating all traffic signs and finally crashed into another car. He abandoned the car and ran away but was finally arrested.
Following a search of the vehicle a small quantity of cannabis was found.
The man tested positive during the initial narcotest and he gave a sample to be taken for further testing at the state laboratory.
